How Kids Can Make Money Online
The Internet is a great place for kids (especially teens), to make money online. One of the reasons I like the Internet is because when you are doing business with someone, they will not know how old you are until you talk to them on the phone. This has happened to me many times before, as I am dealing with someone through other means than the phone, but when we actually talk over the phone he or she finds out that they are only talking to a kid.
A lot of kids have extra time on there hands, almost all kids do, so what do most kids do with there extra time, they play video games. I am not saying that video games are bad, as I enjoy to play a game every now and then. But when you play five days a week for 2 to 8 hours each day, that is simply to much.
Teenagers should invest some of there time into something more constructive, such as investing in a small business. I believe the easiest business for a teen to run is a online business, such as a blog or website.
Most teens love to socializes on forums and etc. So what better way to express your ideas and opinions than to have your very own blog.
Taking a blog from square one to a full blown business takes patients and time. Most kids have plenty of the time part, but not so much of the patients part, this is the biggest problem that most teen bloggers run in to. But if anyone (adults or kids) put enough time and effort into an online business, they will make money online, and if you don’t succeed the first time there is always a second chance (we all need to learn from our mistakes).
Blogs are a perffect way for someone to make money online, as they require no money to be invested into it at the start, and if your blog becomes popular it is almost guaranteed that you will make money online. If you are just starting out, I would recommend a free blogging platform, and not to buy a domain name; as your first (and probably second) attempt at blogging, will most likely result in failure. I do not mean to discourage you, but this is one of the truths of blogging. It takes lots of practice and know how to make a website succesfull.
There are, however, other ways to make quick free money online. These methods will give you some quick cash, but will not give you your own money making business. The less work you put into something, the less it is going to give back to you, the same is true for the opposite.
